Comments: I contacted Great Appliance and requested a time to meet at 1:30 pm and much to my surprise the repairman was waiting for me.
He seemed very knowledgeable and was so pleasant. He even cleaned up the area when finished. (Most servicemen leave a mess for you clean up.)
Was finished in a timely manner, and so respecting of our home. I will call on him again when needed for my appliance work.
I will recommend him to anyone I know needing this service.

Comments: I started my Saturday quite well. My refrigerator's ice maker was not dispensing ice so I submitted a request to Steve online and he called immediately! Boy, was I surprised! He came to my home within a half hour, diagnosed the problem and repaired my ice maker. According to Steve the problem was not complicated so he only charged me for the service call. How often does that happen? I am totally sold and Steve is the only appliance repair man that I will ever use! He is prompt, courteous, honest and a true professional.

Comments: Steve at Great Appliance Repair was wonderful. He was on-time and prepared to get right to the problem. He did not leave until he felt comfortable that he diagnosed the problem and then when he returned with the new part, he did not leave until everything was working properly. Comments: I highly recommend Steve @ Great Appliance Repair. I called three Wake Forest area appliance repair places to repair my Kenmore washer and Steve returned my call within a couple of hours (never heard from the other companies) and began diagnosing the issue right away. The repair fees are extremely reasonable and the repair service is top notch. Great Appliance has an informative website too with a listing of flat fee rates for many common repair jobs. I will definitely use Steve for any and all future appliance repair needs.

Some of the foremost concerns seem to be: "Will this person be honest?", "How much will it cost?", "Will it be fixed right?", and "Is this person reliable?". I understand these concerns and address them as follows: Honesty really is the best policy - We never install parts that aren't needed. We suggest or do what is in the best interest of the client. Repair costs? Most repair costs are: Service Call + $29.95 Labor + parts. This translates to $69.90 plus parts for the Wake Forest area - slightly more if further out. Will it be fixed right? We always seek out the underlying cause of the issue, so that problem is less likely to re-occur. We also have a policy to follow up on every repair - usually with a phone call or email within a week after the repair - to see how the appliance is functioning. Are we reliable? We are dedicated to being on-time, doing what we say we will do, and following up when expected. I can't remember the last unsatisfied customer.
