This was our first experience with Steve and Great Appliance, and it was in all respects excellent. My initial call was returned in less than ten minutes. Steve efficiently identified the most likely problem, provided a detailed estimate, and was at our home within a day. He had the required part (new drain pump for our Whirlpool Duet front loading washer), ran a comprehensive diagnostic to rule out other problems, and completed the work quickly and neatly. We would happily call on him again and recommend his services to others.

In every instance that I have had need for repair to an appliance I have called on Great Appliance. Not only so, but I refer Steve to anyone I know that has appliance repair needs. Steve did an excellent job repairing my GE Washer. He did so in a very timely manner. His knowledge and experience provided an accurate diagnosis in troubleshooting why my washer would not spin and select larger loads. I would definitely call him for any future appliance repairs. In addition, I would strongly recommend him based on his courteousness and professionalism towards his customers.

Steve is very professional. He explained the complete process of refrigeration and why my fridge was on the blink. One hour later....the refrigerator works like new. very reasonable price. My NEW designated appliance repair guy. Thanks again Steve!!

There are very few people in the repair business that would warrant positive comments on their work and customer service delivery...Steve is one that warrants extremely high praise. He called back when he said he would. He came to service the refrigerator when he said he would. He sent follow up documentation even earlier than he said I would get it. Steve is friendly and very knowledgeable.
