Was about to buy another washing machine due to an extremely loud noise anytime a spin cycle would engage. We have an older Maytag Performa which we like very much and until now has been very reliable and quiet with the function options we need. Nothing fancy like the new models. Steve analyzed the problem as being the pump and replaced it very quickly. The price was very fair and saved us hundreds of dollars vs buying a new one. This is the second time Steve has assisted us like that. The first time he was able to extend the operating life of a compressor in a Maytag refrigerator giving us many months to shop for another one. I am glad Steve is there and appreciate his abilities, attentiveness and honesty. Thank You.
